Jessica C. Hodges Joins Cumming & Lockwood as an Associate in the Private Clients Group in Stamford

Cummings & Lockwood is pleased to announce that Jessica C. Hodges has joined the firm as an Associate attorney in the Private Clients Group based in Stamford, Connecticut.
Jessica advises high-net-worth individuals and families on a broad range of estate planning matters. She drafts wills, revocable trusts, healthcare proxies, powers of attorney, and other sophisticated estate planning instruments tailored to clients' personal and financial objectives. Her practice also includes researching federal estate and gift tax proposals and preparing client memoranda analyzing potential planning implications and strategies. In addition, Jessica assists with estate administration matters, including reviewing probate filings, fiduciary accountings, and other documents related to the efficient administration and settlement of estates and trusts.
Prior to joining Cummings & Lockwood, Jessica practiced commercial real estate law in New York and Colorado, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, and dispositions across multiple asset classes.”
Jessica received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2023 and her B.S. cum laude, from the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business in 2016. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Colorado, and her application to the Connecticut bar is pending approval.
