Kelsie has nine years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.  Her practice is deeply rooted in providing sophisticated counsel and representation to high net worth individuals and families in connection with their estate planning, probate matters and fiduciary services.  She has worked closely with clients on implementing tax-efficient family wealth strategies including, but not limited to, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, dynasty trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, asset protection trusts and sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts.  She has years of hands-on experience handling estate and trust matters at all stages of administration, and am intimately familiar with Connecticut laws and procedures that govern the proper handling of complex matters.
