Joseph A. Stusek is a Principal in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group and is based in the firm’s Naples office.
He concentrates his practice on sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters, advising affluent individuals and families on the preservation, management and transfer of wealth across generations.
Joseph regularly counsels clients – many of whom are retired or close to retirement -- on a broad range of estate planning strategies tailored to their personal, family and business objectives, while helping them navigate complex tax, fiduciary and succession planning considerations.
He designs and implements comprehensive estate plans, with a particular focus on gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, to minimize the client’s or heirs’ potential tax liabilities. He also assists clients with trust and estate administration matters, as well as with their charitable planning.
In addition, Joseph advises individuals relocating to Florida on domicile planning and related legal and tax issues.
