Cummings & Lockwood Welcomes Grace Gutierrez, Esq. to the Firm's Bonita Springs, Florida, Office

Cummings & Lockwood LLC is pleased to announce that Grace Gutierrez has joined the Firm’s Bonita Springs, Florida, office as Counsel in the Private Clients Group.
Grace focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning and post death administration of estates and trusts. She assist her clients with the development of estate plans, including the creation of revocable trusts and wills, and implementation of advanced estate planning techniques, including the creation of grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, irrevocable gift trusts and irrevocable life insurance trusts. Prior to joining Cummings & Lockwood, Grace was with the Gunster law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida from 2008 to 2016 and was a partner at Henderson Franklin in Fort Myers, Florida from 1998 to 2008.
She has been active in various professional, civic and philanthropic organizations, including the Florida Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association, Lee County Estate Planning Council, Planned Giving Council of Lee County, Florida Gulf Coast University, Children’s Home Society and Junior League of Fort Myers.
Grace received her LL.M. and J.D. from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, and her B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University. She is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts & Estates, and is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
