Ashley Seth Joins Cummings & Lockwood as a Private Clients Associate in the Firm’s Greenwich Office

Cummings & Lockwood is pleased to announce that Ashley Seth has joined the firm as an Associate in the Private Clients Group and is based in the Greenwich office.
She has over a decade of experience advising individuals and families on sophisticated estate and wealth transfer planning, and representing fiduciaries through comprehensive and complex estate and trust administration.
Ashley’s planning practice includes the drafting and implementation of a broad range of estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, living wills and health care proxies, as well as the preparation of prenuptial agreements, and entity planning and business succession documents.
Ashley also has experience handling real estate transactions arising in the context of estate and trust administration, and counseling fiduciaries on the related tax implications of such transfers.
She received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and her B.A., cum laude, in English Literature from Iona College. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York.
