Todd L. Bradley , a principal of Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group resident in the Naples, Florida, office, focuses his legal practice on estate planning, the administration of trusts and estates and taxation. Todd is Board Certified in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates.
Todd received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota in 1987, his J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida in 1991, and an L.L.M from New York University in 1994. He is admitted to practice in Florida. Todd is member and past President of the Estate Planning Council of Naples, Inc., a past Chair of the Education Foundation of Collier County, a member and past Chair of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Collier County Bar Association, a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and a member of the Ave Maria University Planned Giving Council.
Prior to joining Cummings & Lockwood, Todd was a shareholder with a local law firm.
