Robert W. Reeves | Principal Download V-Card
Robert W. Reeves is a graduate of Yale College and the Columbia University School of Law. Bob joined Cummings & Lockwood in 1976 . As a member of the Firm’s Commercial Group in the Stamford office, Bob’s practice focuses primarily in the area of corporate and financing transactions, including general corporate matters, banking and lending transactions, equipment leasing transactions, tax-exempt financing, loan workout matters, venture capital transactions, investment advisor representation and bank regulatory matters. Bob is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and serves on the Yale Alumni Fund.
