Bruce B. Wood is a Principal in Cummings & Lockwood's Corporate & Finance Group and is based in the Stamford office

Bruce represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations and similar business transactions, and advises issuers and selling stockholders in public and private offerings of securities.

Client representations often involve counseling private equity sponsors in connection with their investment activities, as well as venture capital and hedge fund investors in their investment transactions. Bruce also provides advice and guidance to public and private companies and other organizations on governance and compliance issues.
