Cummings & Lockwood Welcomes New Residential Real Estate Attorney in its Greenwich Office

Cummings & Lockwood LLC is pleased to announce that Kathleen M. Merrigan has recently joined the Firm’s Greenwich office as Residential Real Estate Counsel. Kathleen has extensive experience advising clients with respect to all of their real estate legal needs, including residential purchases, sales and leases, conveyances of real estate for estate planning purposes, representing boards of directors of cooperative corporations, and representing lenders in residential mortgage financing.

Prior to joining Cummings & Lockwood, Kathleen spent over nine years practicing residential real estate law in Bronxville, New York. She began her legal career as an associate in the general litigation department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
Kathleen received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2000 and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 1997. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, and is a member of the Greenwich Bar Association and Fairfield County Bar Association.
