M. Travis Hayes | Associate Download V-Card
M. Travis Hayes joined Cummings & Lockwood in 2005 as an associate in the Private Clients Group. Travis focuses his practice on the fields of estate planning, tax planning, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning.
Travis received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2001 and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2004. After graduating from law school, Travis received a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005.
Travis has been named by Florida Trend magazine in its Legal Elite edition as a top “Up & Comer” in Florida. He is currently serving on the Executive Council for the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and is a 20th Judicial Circuit Representative for the Section. In addition, he is a member of the Trust Law Committee, Probate Law and Procedure Committee, Estate and Trust Tax Planning Committee, and the Probate and Trust Litigation Committee for the Florida Bar Association.
Travis is currently serving as the Chair of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Collier County Bar. He is also serving on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Section of the Collier County Bar. Travis is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples, the Rotary Club of Naples, the Greater Naples Planned Giving Council and the Red Cross of Lee County Planned Giving Committee.
