Juliet Bonazzoli is a member of the Firm’s Trial group where she represents clients in a variety of corporate matters including complex litigation, product liability and asbestos defense, contract actions, business disputes, business torts, and employment disputes.  She also has represented clients on a pro bono basis in marriage dissolution actions and juvenile neglect and termination proceedings.  Juliet is admitted to practice in state and federal Connecticut courts.

Juliet joined the Stamford office of Cummings & Lockwood in 2000.  Before joining Cummings & Lockwood, Juliet worked as an associate at the law firm of Pullman & Comley in Hartford, where she practiced employment and health care law.

• Representation of several medium and large corporations in asbestos defense litigation actions.
• Obtained approximately $1 million settlement for medium sized company in breach of contract action on the complex litigation docket.
• Defense of large national corporation in business tort action involving alleged environmental contamination and statutory violations.
• Representation at Supreme Court level of telecommunications company in business tort dispute.
• Representation of companies and individuals in property tax disputes.
• Obtained $5 million dollar award for client in employment dispute.
