Mary Beth Crawford is a Principal in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group resident in the Bonita Springs, Florida office.  Mary Beth focuses her practice in the fields of estate planning, tax planning and probate and trust administration.  She is a Florida Board Certified Wills, Trusts, and Estates Lawyer. 

Mary Beth received her B.A. in Economics in 1992 from the University of Florida and her J.D., with honors, in 1997 and her LL.M. in Taxation in 1998, both from the University of Florida College of Law.  Mary Beth is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association and Florida Bar Association and the Trust & Estate Section of the Collier County Bar Association. 

In addition to her professional activities, Mary Beth is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center for the Arts of Bonita Springs and a Trustee of the David Lawrence Foundation, serving as Chair of the Planned Giving Committee.  Mary Beth is 2004 graduate of Leadership Bonita, a past President of the Board of Directors of David Lawrence Center, and also served as past Chairperson of the Planned Giving Committee of the American Red Cross of Lee County and member of the Lee Memorial Foundation Development Council for Estero/Bonita Springs.
