Mary Beth Crawford is a principal in Cummings & Lockwood's Private Clients Group resident in the Bonita Springs office.  She received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida in 1992 and her J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law in 1997.  During law school, she served as Secretary and Vice-president of Phi Delta Phi academic legal fraternity and was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy.  Mary Beth was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997.  She received her LL.M. degree in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1998, where she served as an editor on the Florida Tax Review.

Mary Beth practices in the fields of estate planning, tax planning and estate and trust administration.  She is a Board Certified Wills, Trusts, and Estates Lawyer.  Mary Beth is a member of the Taxation and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association and Florida Bar Association, the Trust & Estate Section of the Collier County Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Naples.  She serves on the Board of Directors of the David Lawrence Center and the Art League of Bonita Springs.  She also is Chairperson of the Planned Giving Committee of the American Red Cross of Lee County and a member of the Lee Memorial Foundation Development Council for Estero/Bonita Springs.
