Marve Ann M. Alaimo is a principal in Cummings & Lockwood's Private Clients Group resident in the Bonita Springs office.  Marve Ann received a B.S., with honors, in 1993, and a J.D., with honors, in 1997, from the University of Florida.  While at UF, she served on the Student Judicial Affairs Conduct Committee and as a mediator for the University of Florida Dispute Resolution Center.  Marve Ann went on to earn her LL.M. degree in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998.

Marve Ann is a Director of the Estate Planning Council of Naples, Inc. and is Past Editor of the Council's annual estate planning supplement to the Naples Daily News.  She is also a Trustee of the National Kidney Foundation of Florida and Chair of its Planned Giving Committee.  Marve Ann recently became a founding Director of the Naples Asian Professionals Association, organizers of Asia Fest.

Marve Ann is a Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer.  In estate planning, she focuses on planning for blended families and solutions for families in conflict.  In estate administration, she advises beneficiaries of their rights and fiduciaries of their duties.  In 2010, Marve Ann was recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers magazine.  She has also been recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager by Gulfshore Life.
