Marve Ann M. Alaimo is a principal in Cummings & Lockwood's Private Clients Group resident in the Bonita Springs office.  Marve Ann received a B.S., with honors, in 1993, and a J.D., with honors, in 1997, from the University of Florida.  While at UF, she was appointed to a position on the Student Judicial Affairs Conduct Committee and served as one of the first student mediators for the University of Florida Dispute Resolution Center.  Marve Ann was honored with the Presidential Recognition for Outstanding Students and received an Honorable Mention as an Outstanding Female Graduate Leader.  Marve Ann went on to earn her LL.M. degree in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998.

Marve Ann is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples and is Editor of the Council's annual estate planning supplement to the Naples Daily News .  She is a founding Director of Step by Step Early Childhood Education and Therapy Center in Naples and sits on the Boards of the Literacy Council of Bonita Springs, the Amigos Center and Collier County Friends of Extension.  She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Kidney Foundation of Florida.

Marve Ann is a Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer.  In estate planning, she focuses on planning for blended families and solutions for families in conflict.  In estate administration, she advises beneficiaries of their rights and fiduciaries of their duties.
