Elizabeth Anne Hazelbaker joined the Naples office of Cummings & Lockwood in 2007 as counsel in the Firm’s Commercial Group.  Liz represents corporations and financial institutions in their general secured and unsecured private financing activities, lenders in finance transactions in emerging markets and other domestic and international private financings.  She also represents clients on general real estate matters.

Liz received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Vermont, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School where she was a member of the Law Review and National Moot Court Team.
