Elizabeth Anne Hazelbaker joined the Naples office of Cummings & Lockwood in 2007 as an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Group.  Liz represents corporations and financial institutions in their general secured and unsecured private financing activities, lenders in finance transactions in emerging markets and other domestic and international private financings.  She also represents corporations on general corporate matters.

Liz received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Vermont in 1987 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School, Columbus, Ohio in 1996, where she was a member of the Law Review and National Moot Court Team.
