Deepa Reddy Nayini joined the Stamford office of Cummings & Lockwood in 2010 as an associate in the Corporate Group. She represents companies and investors in connection with venture financings, acquisitions, private placements, securities offerings, recapitalizations and general corporate matters.
Deepa received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago in 1998. She received her J.D. from Emory University of Law in 2005, where she was Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
