David T. Martin joined the Stamford office of Cummings & Lockwood LLC in 2007 as an associate in the Litigation Group.
David received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. from Fordham Law School in 2007. While at Fordham, David was a member of the International Law Journal and the Fordham Moot Court Team. He coached Fordham's Constitutional Law team to a national semi-finalist finish at the 2007 William B. Spong Moot Court Competition.
David is a member of the bars of the State of Connecticut and the State of New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of Connecticut.
