Caroline Demirs Calio | Principal Download V-Card
Caroline Demirs Calio is a Principal in the West Hartford office. Caroline joined Cummings & Lockwood in 2005 as an attorney in the Private Clients Group, where she practices in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. She also advises closely-held businesses on succession planning issues and general corporate matters.
Caroline received a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Richmond in 1997, and her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2000. While at Boston University she was an editor of the Annual Review of Banking & Financial Law.
Prior to joining Cummings & Lockwood, Caroline worked as an associate in the corporate department of Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP in New York City. Caroline was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2000 and the New York Bar in 2001. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford. In addition, Caroline is a Director of The Bridge Family Center in West Hartford.
Caroline resides in Hartford with her husband, Christopher.
