Fiduciary Accountant - Naples

Naples office seeks legal professional experienced in Trust & Estates/Probate paralegal and ancillary tax work.  Candidates with 3-5 years’ related practical paralegal experience in a law firm will be considered for interviews.  The position supports attorneys in the Private Clients Group.  Candidate must be able to record time, and work on assignments independently, with attorney review.  Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative.  Candidate must have the ability to communicate with attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.  Organizational skills needed to keep track of all assignments and meet all deadlines.  Candidate must have experience working with clerk’s offices, and know how to complete eFilings. Good clerical, administrative and mathematical skills are an asset.  Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of  Word, Excel and related Microsoft applications.
