Andrew D. Kupinse is a principal in the Firm's Stamford Commercial Group. 

Andrew provides general corporate representation to corporations and other business entities, including counseling with entity formation, corporate governance, contract negotiations, licensing agreements, equity issuances, shareholder agreements, and employment agreements.  Andrew also represents companies in mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase agreements and sales, joint ventures and partnerships and other business combinations and sales.  In addition, he has a strong background in commercial real estate and frequently represents companies in purchases and sales, project finance, and commercial leasing transactions.  Andrew also has broad experience providing representation in complex financing transactions, including syndicated loans, loans secured by fine art and aircraft, and derivative transactions.  He also advises on work-outs and complex financial restructurings and creditors’ rights laws. 

 

Andrew also devotes a significant amount of his practice to advising high net worth individuals and family offices with respect to their investments, businesses, and contracts.

 

Andrew received his B.A. from Colgate University in 1992, and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1998.
