 Alison K. Douglas | Principal Download V-Card
Alison K. Douglas, a principal of Cummings & Lockwood, joined the firm's Private Clients Group in 1988. She is head of the Estate Planning and Probate Department of the firm's Naples office. Alison is Board Certified by the Florida Bar Association in Wills, Trusts and Estates. Alison received her B.A. in 1985 from Rutgers College and her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1988. She is admitted to practice in Florida and Connecticut, and is a member of the Real Property and Probate Sections of the American, Connecticut and Florida Bar Associations. She is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics and served as an author and speaker on will and trust drafting. In addition to her professional activities, Alison is a Director with the Community Foundation of Collier County.
