Born in New Jersey, Alison received her B.A. in art history from Rutgers College and received her J.D. from Cornell Law School.  Alison is admitted to practice in Florida and Connecticut.  She is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law sections of the Connecticut and Florida Bar Associations, the Trust & Estate section of the Collier County Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Naples.  Alison is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics and served as an author and speaker on will and trust drafting.

In addition to her professional activities, Alison currently serves as a Director on the boards of the Immokalee Foundation and the Foster Care Council of SW Florida.
