Our Real Property Group includes attorneys who have experience in various areas of land use law. We represent land owners, developers, municipalities and agencies. Our work has included:
- Obtaining changes of zone and amendments to municipal master plans
- Obtaining approval of applications for site plan approval or modification, special exceptions, variances, and subdivisions, for projects of all sizes
- Obtaining approval of changes to local zoning maps or zoning regulations
- Obtaining State Traffic Commission approvals
- Obtaining approval of site development applications to municipal wetlands, or environmental, agencies
- Obtaining approvals or modifications from the Army Corps of Engineers and other federal agencies
- Advising municipal land use officials, boards and commissions in the discharge of their duties
- Assisting clients in matters requiring approval or affirmation of the Connecticut Siting Council
